We had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. From the moment we checked in with the kind and sweet receptionist, to the attentive housekeeping staff, everyone was dedicated to providing exceptional service. The facilities were immaculate, with constant cleaning and a warm atmosphere. The restaurant staff, especially Stefano the maitre d'hotel, went out of their way to accommodate our dietary preferences. The food was incredible and the service was top-notch, thanks to Fortunato and his team. The large swimming pool was excellent, with different hydro-massage options to relax and unwind.
We can't recommend this hotel enough. Everything was perfect, from the spacious and warm rooms to the delicious breakfast.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with spotless facilities throughout. The hotel had great amenities, including a large swimming pool with various hydro-massage options. The breakfast served was delicious, with a wide range of high-quality food choices. The staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness.

The service at this hotel was phenomenal, with helpful and friendly staff. the rooms were spacious and warm, which was especially important during the winter time. the restaurant offered a wide selection of high, quality food with excellent service. the thermal center was well, equipped and the swimming pool had different kinds of hydro, massage, providing a relaxing experience.
The hotel was quite expensive, making it more suitable for mature guests. the room we booked did not match the picture, and when we asked to downgrade, they couldn't accommodate us properly.

The breakfast was amazing and definitely worth waking up early for. The swimming pool was huge and perfect for swimming laps. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I also loved the location, it was just a short walk to the town center and close to all the shops and restaurants
The rooms were smaller than expected and not exactly like the pictures online. The hotel lacked a park or outdoor space to walk around, which was a disappointment.
